Job summary

As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects from start to finish.

Salary:

• $45,000 – $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor project progress to ensure work meets company standards.
  • Keep the Production Manager informed throughout the process.
• Client Satisfaction:

Qualifications:

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Minimum of 2 years within the construction industry.
• Must be able to walk on roofs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (both written and verbal).
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to read directions and follow them.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer is helpful but not required.
