Alta Property Services in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Construction & Roofing Project Manager to lead residential and commercial roofing and interior/exterior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, and maintain safety and codes compliance while advancing in a growing company with year-round opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction or roofing project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and interior/exterior construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with insurance restoration is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
• Xactimate knowledge a must.
