Job summary

Stylecraft is seeking a Quality Assurance / Area Warranty Manager to own the homeowner experience across our Texas communities. You will lead inspections, coordinate repairs with trade partners, and drive continuous improvement.

The role is in-person/field-based with full-time hours and a pay range of $65,000–$70,000. Ideal candidates have residential construction or warranty experience and a customer-focused mindset.

What Your Day Looks Like

You are the bridge between construction quality and homeowner satisfaction. Your role is equal parts quality expert, problem solver, and customer advocate.

• Quality Champion: Conduct pre-drywall, final, and re-inspections to ensure homes meet Stylecraft standards.


• Customer Advocate: Work directly with homeowners to address warranty concerns and create positive experiences.


• Project Coordinator: Schedule and manage contractor work, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on time, and with quality craftsmanship.


• Continuous Improvement Partner: Identify recurring issues, provide feedback, and help strengthen building practices and internal processes.


• Team Resource: Support field teams and help promote best practices across multiple communities.

• TREC, Professional Real Estate Inspector, or ICC certifications are a plus.
