Job summary

Stylecraft is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to kickstart a hands-on career in construction in Texas. You will work beside experienced leaders, supporting the homebuilding process from the ground up and gaining practical, on-site experience.

You will learn construction processes, assist Superintendents, and contribute to quality and cleanliness on the jobsite while growing with a company that values care, service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction) with 6 months–1 year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; travel between communities required.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Values aligned with Care, Serve, Improve.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver a great customer experience throughout the build process.
• Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inspecting work and ensuring quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and gain hands‑on experience supporting the homebuilding process from the ground up.
