Job summary

A leading security services provider in Los Alamos seeks a Director, Quality Assurance to lead quality assurance and performance testing programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least ten years of relevant experience, five years in a supervisory role, and the ability to obtain a DOE security clearance. Responsibilities include overseeing QA programs, implementing quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with DOE and LANL directives. Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' experience in Security or related field, nuclear safety/security.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development, implementation, and direction of Quality Assurance and Performance Testing programs.
• Oversees N2MIS QA program and conducts program assessments.
• Provides guidance, direction, and supervision to the division staff.
