Kelly is seeking an experienced QA and Business Analyst for a 3‑month engagement in Mason, Ohio. The role requires a deep background in quality assurance, business analysis, and strong testing skills across UI, API, and data layers, plus knowledge of STLC and test design principles.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, write clear test cases, develop and maintain test data, and leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. AI-assisted testing experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in quality assurance and business analysis.
• Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) activities, test architecture fundamentals, and black-box and grey-box test design principles.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch, and data conversion/ETL.
• Working knowledge of databases, with the ability to write, run, and interpret SQL queries to support data development and research.
• Experience managing test environments and test data across multiple environments.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
• Experience in AI tools for creating test cases and data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, plus strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across a diverse, fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence (or similar), and Microsoft Office applications.
