Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Quality Analyst - Revenue Delivery

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high degree of quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Execute test cases (automated and manual) and test plans across multiple platforms
  • Perform defect tracking, analysis and reporting; assume ownership of defects through resolution
  • Develop test strategies, plans and procedures from various business requirements and working knowledge of products
  • Participate in project planning, task assignment and prioritization, resource allocation, and requirements review
  • Communicate plans, status, issues and risks to management and stakeholders; elevate and prioritize as necessary
  • Analyze data to determine root cause and perform impact assessment
  • Work under minimal supervision on complex projects and assist less experienced colleagues as needed/requested
  • Coordinate the activities of, and provide direction to, local and remote test resources
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all QA processes
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training material
  • All other tasks/ activities as requested
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of hands‑on experience with software product testing across multiple platforms and devices
  • Experience with SDLC, iterative and other development and project management methodologies
  • Experience leading QA projects and teams
  • Proficiency with project management, test management, defect tracking tools
  • Thorough understanding of front‑end web development concepts
  • Proficiency with web debugging tools such as Charles or Fiddler, Firebug, etc.
  • Experience with test automation
  • Experience in XML content validation
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership ability and wide latitude for independent judgment
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects under tight timelines while maintaining composure and focus
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with internal and external clients, coworkers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and translate technical concepts to non-technical resources and coworkers
Desired (not required) Skills
  • Working knowledge of web analytics
  • Experience with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and their adherence
  • Experience with content and document management systems
  • Experience with continuous process improvement methods
Education/Certifications
  • BS in Computer Science, BA in Management Information Systems or related degree, or equivalent experience
