Job description

• Performs moderately complex testing and de-bugging tasks according to company's QA process.
• Estimates, plans, schedules, and implements testing projects. Leads multiple moderately complex projects and/or projects requiring multiple QA Analysts. Identify and assign resources for projects under the guidance of QA Manager. Provides project status reports.
• Designs and develops quality testing procedures; updates and modifies existing tests as necessary. Identifies and implements process improvements.
• Defines test objectives and writes test cases. Provides guidance on test cases for less senior staff and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Performs moderately complex functional, application, regression and performance tests. Identifies testing environment needs for projects and coordinates the establishment of the environments.
• Plans and implements automated testing for moderately complex projects.
• Provides support for auxiliary QA responsibilities:
• Review product documentation for completeness and correctness.
• Participate in metrics collection and reporting.
• Provide guidance and support for other QA Analysts.
• Assists product developers and technical product support specialists in solution of moderately complex installation problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
