Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Remote, US

Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Sapiens is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our North America team. If you are an experienced Senior QA Analyst looking to advance your career with a successful global company, this role may be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Business Requirements, prepare detailed test plans, write test cases, execute test cases, and document issues in Test Director/Quality Center.
2. Develop test cases focusing on functional test matrices from development to release.
3. Identify causes of test failures at various subsystem levels.
4. Collaborate with developers to resolve testing issues and retest to confirm resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in the Life insurance domain (individual life and annuities) – Must!
2. Experience creating automated test scripts to optimize regression testing – Advantage
3. Minimum 5 years of QA experience – Must
4. Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques – Must
5. Experience writing STP, STD, STR – Must
6. Proficiency in SQL – Must
7. Graduate SQA Course with ISTQB Certification – Advantage
8. Experience in software design in Excel – Advantage
9. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
10. Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., pre-sales).
11. Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment, including overtime.
12. Experience in creating and executing test cases covering Functional, Regression, Integration, and E2E testing.
13. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
14. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
15. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, QC).
