On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and the offices that rely on these systems. Some of your work will follow a planned testing schedule tied to system releases, while other tasks will involve validating data as it moves through our data warehouse and reporting systems, or investigating issues reported by users and determining whether the root cause is a defect, a data problem, or a training need.
