West Point Insurance Services is seeking a mid-level QA Analyst to join our growing team in Florida. You will own testing from test case design through UAT handoff, working embedded in an Agile team with BAs and developers across sprints.
You will influence when something is done and serve as a quality advocate with clients during UAT. We offer a hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote), competitive compensation, and benefits starting day one.
Description
We are growing and in search of an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team!
At West Point Technologies we build and operate the insurance software platform that powers carriers and MGAs across the country. Our team is small, our clients are real, and the work you deliver goes live and matters. If you are a QA professional who takes pride in quality as a discipline, not just a checklist, we would love to talk.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Pinellas Park, Florida, West Point Insurance Services provides technology and business services to carriers and MGAs in the property and casualty insurance industry. Our platform InsurSys powers quoting, binding, policy administration, claims, billing, and reporting for a growing portfolio of clients. We manage over 300,000 policies and operate as an embedded partner inside our clients' businesses, not just a vendor.
Our team is over 100 strong and growing. We operate with the intimacy of a small company and the responsibility of an enterprise platform. Everyone here has real ownership of their work and that includes QA.
We are a family-oriented organization committed to providing competitive compensation and benefit packages to our employees including:
We are looking for a mid-level QA Analyst who can work independently, owns their testing process from test case creation through UAT handoff, and brings genuine curiosity to defect investigation. You will be embedded in our Agile development team, working closely with BAs and developers across every sprint from refinement through release.
This is not a siloed testing role. You will participate in shaping requirements, help define what "done" actually means, and be a voice for quality at every stage of the sprint cycle. You will also be one of the primary points of collaboration with our clients during UAT so the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders matters as much as your testing execution skills.
Our offices are located at 7785 66th Street N., Pinellas Park, FL (3 days/week in office, 2 days remote)
Typical office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility around sprint go-lives
You will join an embedded Agile product team alongside Business Analysts, developers, and a Scrum Master.
This position is in an office environment and would require:
