Job summary

Fortified Health Security is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Advisory Services team in delivering projects and engagements across the client base. You will develop internal and client-requested documentation and oversee QA-related documentation and repositories.

Under the general direction of the Manager, PMO, you will review deliverables, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• 2-4 consulting or technical writing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documentation and templates for advisory services.
• Communicate status of QA deliverables to track timelines.
• Review client deliverables before submission.
• Provide feedback to deliverable owners to improve quality.
• Collaborate with Advisory Services team to understand Fortified services.
• Edit, format, and proof deliverables for technical and executive audiences.
• Support QA workflows in other areas as needed.

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Manager, Project Management Office, the Quality Assurance Analyst will support various team in delivery of assigned projects and engagements. This role is responsible for the development of internal and client-requested documentation, quality assurance related to documentation, and document repository management.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain documentation that supports the current QA workflows observed within the Advisory Services business unit, including, but not limited to writing style and tone, deliverable format and structure, and template oversight.
• Leverage existing tools and workflows to communicate the current status of deliverables under QA to ensure other members of the Fortified team can accurately track project timelines.
• Review deliverables as directed by the Manager, Project Management Office, before they are provided to clients.
• Provide feedback to deliverable owners in a way that is clear, concise, and supports deliverable improvement ahead of finalization.
• Interact with and support team members across the Advisory Services business unit on a daily basis to maintain a detailed understanding of the services Fortified provides to its clients.
• Edit, format, review, and/or proof deliverables while considering the target client audience (i.e., technical stakeholders, executive leadership) in the review output.
• Support QA workflows of additional areas as needed.

Knowledge & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field, or relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• 2-4 consulting and or technical writing exp erience preferred.

Special Skills & Knowledge

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities related to QA workflows are required.
• Exceptional knowledge and application of QA tools and methodologies is required.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, and Planview Clarizen is preferred.
• Foundational experience or knowledge of healthcare industry topics is preferred.
