Job summary

Fortified Health Security is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support Advisory Services by documenting QA workflows, maintaining templates, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

You will review, edit, and format client-ready materials, provide constructive feedback to owners, and collaborate with project teams across the advisory unit. Some travel (~1 trip/quarter) is required; preferred location Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 2-4 consulting and/or technical writing experience preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
• Exceptional knowledge and application of QA tools and methodologies is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation that supports QA workflows observed within the Advisory Services business unit, including writing style, deliverable format, and template oversight.
• Review deliverables as directed by the Manager, Project Management Office, before they are provided to clients.
• Provide feedback to deliverable owners in a clear, concise manner to support deliverable improvement.
• Interact with and support team members across the Advisory Services business unit to maintain understanding of Fortified Health Security's client services.
• Edit, format, review, and/or proof deliverables for diverse audiences.
• Support QA workflows of additional areas as needed.

Job description

Under the general direction of the Manager, Project Management Office , the Quality Assurance Analyst will support various team s in delivery of assigned projects and engagements. This role is responsible for the development of internal and client-requested documentation, quality assurance related to documentation, and document repository management.

Essential Job Functions

Maintain documentation that supports the curren t QA workflows observed within the Advisory Services business unit, including, but not limited to writing style and tone, deliverable format and structure, and template oversight.

Leverage existing tools and workflows to communicate the current status of deliverables under QA to ensure other members of the Fortified team can accurately track project timelines.

Review deliverables a s directed by the Manager, Project Management Office, before they are provided to clients.

Provide feedback to deliverable owners in a way that is clear , concise, and supports deliverable improvement ahead of finalization.

Interact with and support team members across the Advisory Services business unit on a daily basis to maintain a detailed understanding of the services Fortified provides to its clients.

Edit, format, review, and/or proof deliverables while considering the tar get client audience (i.e., technical stakeholders, executive leadership) in the review output.

Support QA workflows of additional areas as needed.

Knowledge & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field, or relevant combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required .

2-4 c onsulting and or technical writing exp erience preferred.

Special Skills & Knowledge

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required .

Exceptional problem-solving abilities relate d to QA workflows are required .

Exceptional k nowledge and application of QA tools and methodologies is required .

Intermediate experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, and Planview Clarizen is preferred.

Foundational e xperience or knowledge of healthcare industry topics is preferred .

Service Delivery– Ensures documentation and deliverables meet Fortified quality standards and client expectations through thorough review, editing, and quality assurance activities.
