The Problem Solver/Quality Associate will prioritize assisting the pick and pack department with totes that have problems barring them from being processed and shipped to customers and work needed to ensure location Protocols and Standards are met. The focus will be ensuring product is handled to the customer's standards, reducing errors, and promoting continuous improvement.
