Qualifications

• 1–2 years of electronics manufacturing experience, or equivalent education and training.
• Ability to read and interpret quality documentation.
• Strong math skills and data interpretation capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working lead for quality inspection and assembly operations.
• Coordinate daily workflow for a cross-functional team.
• Lead new employee onboarding and training coordination.
