Responsibilities

• Define and lead the quality strategy and direction across ExamDeveloper.
• Mentor senior quality engineers and build quality capability across teams.
• Introduce and govern automation architecture, tooling, and testing practices.
• Represent quality in leadership discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
