Pearson seeks a Lead Specialist, Technical Architect (Quality) for ExamDeveloper to deliver domain-level quality leadership across multiple Agile teams. You will shape the quality system, mentor senior engineers, and drive automation strategy to improve release confidence and customer outcomes.

This role is remote within the United States, with a focus on scalable testing, reliability, and quality governance across distributed QA teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering, software testing, or test automation experience.
• 3+ years operating as a domain-level quality expert across distributed platforms.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.
• Experience with large product environments and multiple Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction for the ExamDeveloper quality system including process, automation, tooling, and metrics.
• Lead domain quality engineering across multiple Agile teams and a distributed QA organization.
• Mentor senior quality engineers and review critical QA work for maintainability and quality.
• Evaluate new tools and AI-assisted testing practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical oversight of QA practices and test artifacts for alignment with standards.
