In the role of Quality and Records Manager, you'll:

  1. Serve as the local leadership representative for quality and support the implementation of the QMS, working closely with area leadership to advance the culture of quality.
  2. Provide guidance to Project Managers on project plans (e.g., PMP, QMP, RMP) and best practices.
  3. Coordinate with local project quality managers on project support and experience sharing.
  4. Report on QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit resolutions to the Quality Office.
  5. Communicate QMS updates and directives to leadership and staff.
  6. Develop and update local processes supporting QMS and ILG requirements, aligning with other departments.
  7. Create and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program to familiarize new employees with HDR's QMS.
  8. Respond to staff questions regarding policies and procedures related to the QMS.
  9. Identify opportunities for training and support by monitoring quality-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, commitment to quality culture, ability to manage relationships, conflict resolution skills, collaboration, and alignment with HDR values. Local candidates are preferred.

Required Qualifications: Professional degree or equivalent experience, at least 6 years of industry experience with 3+ in quality fields, applicable certifications, understanding of QMS fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
