Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed in Holly Springs, MS, seeks a Process Engineer to partner with Manufacturing, QA, and engineering teams to drive process improvements on extrusion lines and new production systems.
You will lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and manage capital projects to improve OEE, reduce costs, and strengthen safety and training across the plant.
Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and other key functional areas to support critical business initiatives, with a primary focus on process improvement through the application of engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.

This role will be instrumental in the installation, startup, and commissioning of new production lines, driving optimization efforts to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and minimize quality-related issues.
The Process Engineer will lead root cause investigations of quality concerns, facilitating the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable improvements.
Through Process Improvement Events, capital projects, and project management activities, the Process Engineer will lead and support initiatives focused on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reducing costs, enhancing employee training, and advancing World Class Manufacturing principles. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, dependability, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
