Job summary

By The Bay Health is seeking a Quality and Compliance Analyst in Larkspur, CA. This full-time role coordinates agency-wide data collection and reporting to meet clinical standards, policies, and laws. Occasional travel to Pleasanton and San Mateo offices is required.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in health care quality or utilization, with EPIC experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
• 2–3 years operation and/or clinical experience within a health care organization.
• Experience with documentation auditing in electronic health records; preferably with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Participates in quality improvement activities including complaint resolution, unusual occurrence review, audits, survey preparation, performance improvement projects and other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager or Director of Quality
• Provides project management oversight to key projects as assigned
• Administrator for the policy management system
• Works collaboratively with department managers, clinical supervisors, and staff, to promote a data-driven organizational environment, involving identification and maintenance of a key data set and development of appropriate tools to utilize, collect and report data
• Works with Informatics to establish operational procedures for obtaining reports on utilization review, regulatory compliance, and quality of care data
• Compiles and reports quality data to ensure compliance with ongoing QAPI program benchmarking requirements

The Quality and Compliance Analystcoordinates agency-wide data collection reporting needs in accordance with clinical standards and expectations, agency policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Establishes systems to ensure the integrity of data input and reporting.

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location

Larkspur, CA with occasional travel to our Pleasanton, CA and San Mateo, CA Offices

Pay Range

$36.00 - $40.00 hourly
