Job summary

Rhoads Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to analyze quality data, identify trends, and support continual improvement, corrective actions, supplier quality activities, and audits.

You will manage the internal Quality Alert System and coordinate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, strong analytical skills, and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools and engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Personnel Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support continual improvement initiatives, corrective actions, supplier quality activities, and quality audits.
• Analyze quality data and maintain internal Quality Alert System.
• Prepare quality reports, presentations, and management summaries.
• Work with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Procurement and other departments to resolve quality issues.
