Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking a Level III Quality Analyst to support the quality department with data analysis and KPI reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, database knowledge, and strong communication within a manufacturing context.

You'll use SQL (MySQL/MS SQL) and advanced Excel to generate reports, manage non-conforming material records, and assist ISO documentation and control tasks. This is a hands-on, data-driven quality position supporting production quality goals.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information System or relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/MS SQL) and MS Office applications with emphasis on Excel.
• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills; confidentiality is essential.
• Ability to produce quality analyses and KPIs; dependable and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and analytical support to the quality department.
• Records data accurately and creates quality analysis reports and KPIs.
• Prepares external and internal reports / KPIs.
• Understand relational database architecture and schema design.
• Run queries and generate component yield reports; advanced Excel user.
• Maintain non-conforming material records and assist in RMA processes.
• Manage ISO documentation and document control records.
