Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year (plus 4+ years in lieu)
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application
• Experience investigating failures and leading root cause analysis
• Experience operating in and maintaining Quality Management Systems, ISO9001/AS9100 preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into finished materials or products
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure quality standards
• Design and analyze product acceptance processes; conduct QA tests; perform statistical analysis to assess costs and responsibilities for non-conforming products
• Audit quality systems for compliance deficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Ensure documentation and products meet internal and customer requirements
• May specialize in design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, QMS compliance, inventory control or field operations
• Develop and implement corrective actions with Operations and Engineering
• Develop, track and improve Quality and business KPIs with a data driven approach
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Other duties as assigned
