Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Quality Engineer Level 2 or 3 to join the team in Clearfield, UT. The role is 100% onsite, with responsibilities across factory value streams and process engineering to solve complex problems.

The candidate will work with design engineering, materials and tool design teams, applying GD&T, statistical methods, and quality inspections to meet specifications. Level 2/3 requires STEM degrees and DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field with related experience.
• Experience in QA/QE role and with MRB/QMS.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of GD&T and Dimensional Inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understand design intent, requirements and specifications for product and processes.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with gov't regs and internal policies; liaison with agencies.
• Coordinate inspections, process controls, and audits to enforce specs and improve quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
