Job summary

Pace is seeking a Quality Analyst 2 in New Jersey to join the Building Sciences East laboratories. You will support QA policies, oversee documents, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic lab environment. Strong Excel and MS Office experience is preferred, with a focus on quality systems and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or closely related field and at least 1 year of lab/QA experience.
• Experience with quality systems and procedures is preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review quality forms, documents, and databases.
• Provide trend analysis and MS Excel-based metrics.
• Track calibration status of lab equipment.
• Participate in audits and root cause analysis.
• Train staff on quality systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to department efficiency and teamwork.
