Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Quality Analyst 2 to join our Building Sciences East laboratories. This role reports to the local Quality Manager and ensures quality policies and procedures are followed with strong attention to detail.

The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic lab environment. Preferred experience includes working in a TNI, AIHA, NVLAP, or ISO17025 accredited lab and strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field and at least 1 year in lab operations or quality.
• Experience with QA policies, procedures and root cause analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing or reviewing, completing, and processing quality forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provides trend analysis and compiles report metrics for QM and staff.
• Tracks and maintains calibration status of laboratory equipment.
• Participates in internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Provides or participates in training on quality systems, policies, and procedures.
