Job summary

good2grow Bottling is hiring a Quality Analyst I for the 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) to monitor juice production, perform laboratory tests, and ensure compliance with FDA, FSSC, Organic, and OSHA standards. You will document results, manage quality records, and lead the shift when needed, collaborating with Production, Processing, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data accuracy, and proactive communication of deviations to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in quality or food/beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP or preventive controls, and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and perform tests to ensure quality and safety specs.
• Collect samples, document results, and report out-of-spec findings.
• Lead shift in absence of supervisor and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain quality records and support audits and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, FSSC, Organic, OSHA standards.
