Qualifications

• Graduate of any course (preferred).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred).
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Audit calls/interactions/transactions for teammates.
• Coach teammates for performance improvement.
• Report performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Identify and elevate quality issues; report defects and verify fixes.
• Drive quality initiatives and campaigns for the campaign/LOB.
