Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Quality Analyst to perform audits/ evaluations and ensure monthly/weekly targets are met. The role involves auditing calls/interactions, coaching teammates for performance, and producing regular performance reports.

Preferred candidates have a year of QA experience and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills. The position emphasizes process improvement, SME knowledge, and collaboration with team leaders to drive quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course (preferred)
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred)
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with basic quality tools (e.g., cause and effect, histogram, correlation) preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit calls/interactions/transactions for aligned Teammates
• Coach Teammates for performance improvement (campaign specific)
• Report performance for an aligned span on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Provide inputs for briefings and training based on audits
• Partner with Team Leaders to lead meetings for metrics improvement
• Identify and report defects; verify defect fixes
• Suggest process/system improvements based on customer concerns
• Drive quality initiatives and campaigns for the assigned span
