This Quality Analyst role requires a skilled individual to ensure the quality, functionality, and accessibility of software deliverables. Responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive test cases, identifying and tracking defects, collaborating with development and business teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have experience with various testing methodologies and tools, a strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508), and experience testing web applications, ideally within the government, non-profit, or tourism sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality, functionality, and accessibility of software deliverables.
• Design and execute test cases (functional, regression, performance, usability, accessibility).
• Conduct accessibility testing adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.
• Identify, document, and track bugs / defects using QA tools.
• Validate software responsiveness, SEO, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and meet requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare test summary reports.
• Utilize testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
• Maintain thorough, clear, and concise documentation.

Required Skills & Certifications :

• Experience with CMS, CRM, and public-facing web applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility tools and standards.
• Experience in software testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Postman).

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Knowledge of government, non-profit, or tourism sector websites.
• Experience with Selenium.
