Job summary

Riverside Health System is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the facility quality program, ensure high reliability for evidence-based care, and coordinate quality reporting and education across the organization. The role prioritizes people, processes, and technology to drive performance.

The manager will coordinate stroke care initiatives, align with accreditation standards, and mentor staff while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of required quality programs and measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
• 3-4 years of hospital healthcare quality, accreditation, safety & risk management experience.
• 3-4 years of quality assurance and accreditation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility quality management and assurance programs across required reporting for quality and pay-for-performance programs.
• Ensure accurate submission of data for CMS IQR/OQR, VBP, HAC Reduction and other programs.
• Manage quality data and data visualization to support decision making (e.g., benchmarking, outcomes).
• Identify improvement opportunities using data and process improvement tools; coordinate priorities and action plans.
