Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare/behavioral science or related field
- 3–4 years of hospital quality, accreditation, safety and/or risk management experience
- RN license in Virginia; CPHQ and CPPS certifications within specified timelines
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility quality management and assurance program.
- Ensure data submission for required quality reporting programs.
- Lead quality improvement projects and training programs.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and leadership to implement improvement strategies.
- Develop annual quality and safety plans and performance dashboards
