Job summary

The Amatriot Group is hiring a Qualitative Data Analyst to support Naval modernization efforts at Carderock. This role analyzes interview and exercise transcripts to extract insights informing readiness, data strategy, and knowledge management.

This hands-on analyst position requires strong research and analytical skills, experience with NLP sentiment analysis, and the ability to communicate findings clearly through reports and visuals. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of qualitative research or analysis experience.
• Experience handling textual data such as interviews or transcripts.
• Proficiency with NLP techniques and sentiment analysis tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills; able to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate transcripts into structured qualitative findings.
• Conduct sentiment analysis using NLP tools.
• Apply qualitative methods: content, narrative/discourse, thematic coding, grounded theory.
• Present findings in reports and visualizations.
• Collaborate with data management and readiness teams.
• Support data and knowledge management practices.
