Connex Education are recruiting Level 2/3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work in South Bristol and surrounding areas. Flexible day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term placements from Sept 2026.
Role supports EYFS to KS2, delivering literacy and numeracy interventions, and assisting teachers with lesson prep in welcoming primary schools across the Southwest.
Location: South Bristol + Surrounding areas
Salary: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: September 2026

Connex Education are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work within a variety of welcoming primary schools across South Bristol and the surrounding areas. We have flexible opportunities available on a day-to-day supply basis, alongside short-term and long-term placements starting from September 2026.
We work in partnership with a range of supportive and inclusive primary schools across the Southwest, each committed to delivering high-quality education and creating positive learning environments where every child can thrive. These schools place a strong focus on pupil wellbeing, staff development, and providing engaging opportunities for both pupils and staff.
As a Level 2 / 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will help pupils access the curriculum, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
