Job summary

Childbase Partnership in Winchester is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join West Downs Day Nursery, on the Student Village site of the University of Winchester.

This permanent role offers 18-40 hours per week across 52 weeks with shifts from 07:30 to 18:30. You will be a Key Person, planning engaging activities and safeguarding children, in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified early years professional with level 2+ in EYFS.
• Ability to plan and implement high-quality learning activities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities as a Key Person.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child.
