Job summary

Connex Education is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a Walton, Liverpool setting. The role is Monday–Friday, 5 days a week, with hourly pay ranging £13.69–£14.50 depending on experience and qualifications.

The team supports each child’s needs in a warm, family-like atmosphere, encouraging safe, happy, and confident development through play and structured activities. CPD access and weekly PAYE pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Paediatric First Aid qualification is essential.
• EYFS knowledge is required.
• Minimum Level 2 childcare qualification and Early Years experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, nurturing space for children aged 0-5.
• Participate in engaging activities and educational programs.
• Work closely with our team in day-to-day operations.
• Delight children with play and learning activities.
• Aid children’s personal and educational development.
• Follow health and safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum level 2 of a relevant childcare qualification and Early Years experience (essential)
• EYFS knowledge
• Passion for child development
• Strong communication skills
• Paediatric First Aid Qualification (essential with qualification)
• Driving license (preferred but not essential)
