Job summary

Limitless Decatur is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our on-site team at the Decatur, Illinois campus. You will conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments, develop and monitor IATP plans, and provide outpatient behavioral health services including therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.

Ideal candidates hold a Graduate Degree and meet Illinois QMHP requirements, with at least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities or dual diagnosis.

Qualifications

• Must meet Illinois QMHP requirements.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or dual diagnosis (DD/MI).
• Strong understanding of developmental disabilities, mental illness, and person centered treatment.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions and adapt in fast changing situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance.
• Ability to complete CPR/First Aid certification and required agency training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop, update, and monitor Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP).
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services including therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and community supports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in electronic records.
• Work collaboratively with individuals served, families/ guardians, staff, and community providers.
• Support regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and staff training initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality, safety standards, and ethical clinical practices are followed.
