Job summary

Oasis at 56th is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s care plan. You will deliver compassionate support, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safety and comfort.

You will connect with residents and families in a respectful, empathetic manner, participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings, and uphold strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care according to each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members compassionately.
• Participate in seminars and staff meetings for ongoing development.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
