Job summary

Oasis at 56th in Indiana is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide individualized resident care as defined by each resident’s care plan in a warm and caring environment.

You will report changes in health status to the clinical team, connect with residents and families with compassion, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities. The role emphasizes confidentiality, dignity, and respectful service, with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
