Job summary

Gardant is seeking a Part-Time QMA caregiver for Green Oaks of Goshen in Goshen, IN. In the 3rd shift, you will deliver individualized resident care per the care plan and promptly report changes to the clinical team.

You’ll connect with residents and their families in a compassionate, respectful way, helping create a positive and lasting experience for everyone. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, plus exceptional communication and interpersonal

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities
