Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Newburgh - Newburgh, IN 47630, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift, Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
