Reflections Retirement Community in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a dedicated part-time position to deliver exceptional, individualized care based on each resident's care plan. The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED, and a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification in Indiana.

Qualifications

Job Details: Green Oaks of Valparaiso – Valparaiso, IN 46383. Position Type: Part Time. Salary Range: $20.50 – $21.00 per hour. Shift: 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
