Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a full-time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for the 3rd shift to deliver individualized resident care per their care plans.

You will report health status changes to the clinical team and support residents and families with compassion, dignity, and respect while maintaining confidentiality and participating in ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Qualifications
