Job summary

Green Oaks of Valparaiso is seeking a QMA to provide individualized resident care during the 3rd shift. You will follow each resident’s care plan and report health changes to the clinical team. The role requires compassionate interaction with residents and families and ongoing participation in training and staff meetings.

Applicants must hold a QMA certification in Indiana and a high school diploma or GED. Excellent communication and a dedication to dignified care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required


• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
