Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living in Indiana. The role focuses on promoting residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and building meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

The QMA position requires completion of a state-approved medication administration training, strong geriatric care passion, and excellent communication skills.

Evening Shift

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
