Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for Edgewater Woods in Indiana. This role offers day and evening shifts on a full-time/part-time basis, with a focus on compassionate geriatric care and meaningful resident relationships.

You will support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, collaborate with nursing and care teams, and uphold our CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence in daily practice.

FT/PT Day and Evening Shift

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
