Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living in Indiana. The role supports residents during the evening shift, providing medication administration and compassionate care to enhance quality of life.

The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a focus on building relationships, teamwork, and adherence to C.A.R.E. values in a senior care setting.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified medication administration and related care to residents.

Evening Shift

Part-time and Full-time

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Requirements
