Job summary

Gardant in Goshen, IN is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care aligned with each care plan. You will report health changes to the clinical team and support families with a respectful, loving approach.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
