Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for the Autumn Ridge location in Indiana. This full-time/part-time day shift role focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their physical and psychosocial well-being.

You will collaborate with nursing and care teams, uphold the CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence), and deliver high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license is required.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

FT/PT Day Shift

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
