Position Overview

Here’s what you’ll do when you join us:

1. Grow a rewarding career through our Apprenticeship Program!
2. Prepare, administer, and document all the medications used across your health campus.
3. Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
4. Ensure all medications brought into the health campus by new residents are examined and identified by the attending physician, the facility pharmacy, or pharmacist.
5. Help create a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe.
6. Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the disposal of medications.

Qualifications

• Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
• Experience as QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
